TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU
We make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All of our items are shipped from our production house in Italy and most items are made to order. Loungewear items are ready to ship and orders placed by July 1st will be shipped by July 4th. This is excludes dressing gowns, kimonos and pareo which are made to order.
Please allow up to 20 working days for us to make your items and hand them to the shipping company.
