This care takes time. Most items are produced within 20 working days; bespoke colourways and fine upholstery linen within 30 working days.

All orders are crafted and shipped from our Italian production house.

For destinations outside the EU, local taxes and duties may apply upon delivery.

Some pieces are made exclusively for you, and require dedicated steps to bring them to life:

• Bespoke colours — garment dyed to order, in your chosen colourway
• Fine upholstery linen — sourced and prepared specifically for your project

Because these items are created solely for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. This is communicated before purchase, in keeping with the custom nature of these products.

Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact. Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or not as confirmed, please contact us within the timeframe set out in our Returns Policy.
