DELIVERY AND SHIPPINGAll of our items are shipped from our production house in Italy and most items are made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days for us to make your items and hand them to the shipping company.Due to Black Friday and the festive season our shipping partners have warned us of expected delays in shipping. We will be closed between December 20th and January 6th.Quilts are usually ready to ship immediately but otherwise can take up to three months to be made. Please contact us at info@oncemilano.com prior to ordering if you would like to confirm shipping times for quilts.TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EUWe make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.
