DELIVERY AND SHIPPINGAll of our items are shipped from our production house in Italy and most items are made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days for us to make your items and hand them to the shipping company.Due to Black Friday and the festive season our shipping partners have warned us of expected delays in shipping. We will be closed between December 20th and January 6th.Quilts are usually ready to ship immediately but otherwise can take up to three months to be made. Please contact us at info@oncemilano.com prior to ordering if you would like to confirm shipping times for quilts.TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EUWe make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.

Two scented waters made from the purest ingredients have been designed to help switch off and relax body and mind. The pillow mist includes juniper which encourages a restful slumber thanks to the rebalancing effect of its flora citrus fragrance enriched with essential oils of lavender and sweet orange whilst the ironing water comprises tea flowers which infuse a deliciously light fragrance to fabrics. This box includes a set of Once Milano’s linen hand towels in soothing, warm tones to help create a deep calm.
The pillow mist and ironing waters, specifically create by Höbepergh for Once Milano, are available individually but also in this special gift box combined with a set of linen hand towels in two different warm tones by Once Milano.
All Höbepergh items we offer can only be delivered to addresses in Italy.
