DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Our items are made to order in Italy and production may require up to 20 working days. Due to Christmas and New Year closures, orders placed now may be delivered in January 2026.
Quilts can take up to three months to be made if we do not have your choice in stock. Please contact us at info@oncemilano.com prior to ordering if you would like to confirm shipping times for quilts.
TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU
We make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.
