DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All of our items are shipped from our production house in Italy and most items are made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days for us to make your items and hand them to the shipping company.
Quilts can take up to three months to be made if we do not have your choice in stock. Please contact us at info@oncemilano.com prior to ordering if you would like to confirm shipping times for quilts.
TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU
We make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.

A variation on our popular bed cover with sewing, the colour variation creates a beautiful statement for your bedroom. The sewing detail creates a subtle element of visual interest in this beautifully crafted bed cover combining two tones of fine upholstery linen, giving weight and an elegant profile on the bed.
The bed cover with sewing is crafted from a specially sourced heavy linen in a unique colour palette, slightly different from the main collection. On receiving your order, we will obtain the linen. As this is a custom-sourced and custom made item, it is non-refundable.
We also offer a similar bed cover with a piping detail in place of the sewing - the bed cover with piping in upholstery fine linen.
