ONCE MILANO FOR

Artemest Penthouse by MAWD at The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly with photography by Evan Joseph

Once Milano proudly unveils being part of an amazing project: the Artemest penthouse by MAWD at The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly - New York’s most eagerly anticipated 912-foot-tall luxury tower, highlighted by an exposed concrete column that runs throughout the height of the building and a unique glass facade with rounded corners offering expansive panoramic views of the NYC Skyline.

Perched on the 85th floor, the Artemest penthouse is a living gallery of Italian masterpieces like no other in NYC. This sophisticated showcase is brought to life through a collaboration between Artemest and MAWD | March and White Design, the project’s globally acclaimed interior design team.

Each selected hand-made piece within the penthouse, from furniture to art, home décor, and lighting - curated from the Artemest collection - embodies the unparalleled quality and heritage of each artisan, garnered through generations of mastery of their craft.

Once Milano’s linen - from bedsheets with piping and tablecloths with napkins in natural nuances - have been chosen to create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, evoking a sense of being among the clouds and providing a perfect retreat from the bustling city below.

The collaboration between Artemest and MAWD is a testament to a shared vision of creating spaces that tell a story. The result is a space that not only exudes luxury but also captures the essence of Italian heritage. This project goes beyond aesthetics - each handcrafted piece reflects the spirit of its maker and evokes a sense of place, resulting in an environment where every detail feels personal and meaningful.
