Black Friday sale items are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted.
All of our items are shipped from our production house in Italy and most items are made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days for us to make your items and hand them to the shipping company.
Quilts can take up to three months to be made if we do not have your choice in stock. Please contact us at info@oncemilano.com prior to ordering if you would like to confirm shipping times for quilts.
TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU
We make and ship all our items from our production house in Italy and for orders outside the EU we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we do not take any payment for VAT and other duties/taxes but they may be payable to the shipping company in your country to receive your order.
NOTE : COLOUR VARIATIONS IN THE SALE
Items sold individually may not match the exact shade even if they are the same colour. Items sold in sets will have been dyed together and so the same shade. The variations in colour resulting from dyeing on different occasions are a feature many clients enjoy but for exact colour matches, please order complete sets.
