 Delivery Policy

 Our items are handmade in our studio in Italy and dyed by local specialists. Often we will be sewing and dying your item to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Wherever possible we will dispatch immediately. If your need is urgent, please contact us at info@oncemilano.com to confirm delivery time.

Please note that we have set-weights for delivery charges and your individual price will be configured at the point of checkout. Please note this depends entirely on your order.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

 

Duties

Customs or the courier company can sometimes charge an administration fee and this is normally payable with the duty upon delivery.

 

Return Policy

 

Return

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return your products purchased from oncemilano.com, writing an email to info@oncemilano.com within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you receive your order. 

Then you have fourteen (14) calendar days to send them to us at your own expense. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

The return should be shipped to Piazza città di Boves 5, 31030 Castello di Godego (TV) Italy.

Once we have received your returned item/s we will refund you the products price within 7-14 working days. 

 

Exchange

We will be happy to offer you an exchange. Please contact us by email or phone to organize it within 14 days from purchase.

The cost of returning any item will be borne by the customer.

 

Faulty items

In case of faulty items shipping costs will be at our expense. Please contact info@oncemilano.com .

Please be aware that we can’t accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. 

 

If you fail to take such actions, we are not obligated to accept any rejection of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS. 

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE.
